I have worked with radio DJ's, programmers, sales and operations managers, in medium, large and Top 10 markets, reviewing and negotiating their contracts. And I understand the issues facing broadcast professionals in the post-consolidation age.

How many of us have said that someday we would like to write a book? For an author, nothing is more exciting than seeing the results of your labor printed in final form. I have reviewed and negotiated contracts for authors with major publishing houses, and have helped with intellectual property considerations such as trademarks and copyrights.

Sometimes in the course of researching or writing a book or article, the writer will come across material that is too technical for a layperson. For example, there may be original court documents to review or documents containing legal terminology. I am happy to provide translations from "legalese" to English, and to help you with any research or writing needs. I can provide writing samples and references upon request.
REPRESENTING FILMMAKERS, MUSICIANS, AND OTHER CREATIVE ARTISTS:
We can help you protect your works by registering your trademarks, service marks and copyrights. And we can form an LLC, partnership, or corporation for your band, film company, or other business venture. We also review and prepare contracts including location agreements, actors' agreements, agreements for the use of songs in films, and equipment rental contracts. Our office recently worked with an independent film company to help produce an independent feature film.
